Shipping and Returns

UK Shipping

Items will be posted either Royal Mail’s 1st class or Royal Mail’s 2nd class. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days of the order so please allow 5-7 working days to receive your order.

Delivery may take longer due to the Covid-19 pandemic and UK lockdown.

 

 

Shipping International

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please allow up to 14 working days for European orders and 28 working days for orders placed outside Europe.

 

Returns

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.  To arrange a return, please email us with your full name, letting us know whether you require an exchange or refund. You must package you return adequately to ensure the item(s) is returned and in a saleable state. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility and the item will be your responsibility until the item gets back to us.

 

Please allow 5 working days for us to process your refund upon receipt of the goods. Once we have processed your refund we will notify you by email. We will credit your PayPal account. Delivery charges (the amount you originally paid to have the order delivered to you) are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us.

If you wish to exchange a product, we will charge for the postage and packaging of sending out the new item.

Damaged Item

If you have received a damaged product please get in touch within 24hrs of receipt. Please return the item to us including the original packaging within 7 days. We will then examine the product and submit a claim form to the Royal Mail on your behalf. Once compensation from Royal Mail has been received a refund will be processed on the original order. Please note that this may take up to 30 days.
